NEWS UPDATE---------Team Member raising funds in Atacama Crossing 2007 (Chile)

Western Beacons Mountain Search and Rescue Team (formerly Bridgend Mountain Rescue Team) has been operating since 1965. It is a Voluntary Organisation and a Registered Charity, providing Search and Rescue cover, free of charge, 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year
 
The Team operates out of a Headquarters in Sarn, Bridgend using a specially converted 130 Landrover as a first response vehicle and a VW van as a control vehicle
